2025 Impact
In 2025, we served 5,883 students from low-income neighborhoods through 328 free programs. We distributed 15,000 free books and provided 33,000 hours of mentorship to youth across our communities. These numbers reflect more than services delivered; they represent young people who had access to safe spaces, caring adults, creative learning, academic support, and opportunities to build confidence.
In 2025, families made 110,000 visits to Mighty Writers’ food distribution sites across Greater Philadelphia, Camden, and Atlantic City, where they accessed fresh produce and other essentials. Through key food partners, including Philabundance, Share Food, and Sharing Excess, Mighty Writers distributed hundreds of thousands of pounds of food across several sites.
